At Ektek Pharma, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. 1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
a. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees, at no additional cost. That said, we would want the product to be in the exact condition, including the packaging and labels, as it was delivered to you.
b. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product, please reach out within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to either ship the correct product or issue a full refund, as per your preference.
c. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, certain products are non-returnable. These include opened or used items, as well as personal care products. Please ensure you verify the product details before purchase.
d. Change of Mind
We currently do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage customers to review product descriptions and specifications before finalizing their purchase.
2. Refund Process

- Order number
- Product(s) for which a refund is requested
- Reason for the refund request
- Photos of the product (if it is damaged or incorrect)
Our customer support team will review your request within 3-5 business days and provide further instructions on returning the product if applicable.
3. Conditions for Refunds
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all refund requests.
4. Refund Timelines
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please check your bank account or credit card statement first. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
