Ektek Pharma Shipping and Returns
- Generally, it takes 3-5 working days for the client to receive the parcel after it leaves our warehouse.
- Ektek Pharma has partnered with all leading courier companies for the shipment of our products thereby ensuring safe delivery at the user`s doorstep.
- During the holiday period, there may be delay in processing and dispatching.
- We deal in many handmade products and different product takes different time in making. Ektek Pharma will communicate the tentative time for order completion at the time of placing the order.
- We generally use BLUEDART/AMAZON SHIP/SHIPROCKET/PICKER for shipping in india, but still not guarantee any time frame for delivery as custom clearance is included in the same.
- The user can track the parcel with the consignment number given to the user after dispatching the order which will be communicated over phone/email after dispatch.
- All the products purchased, once delivered are “non-returnable”
- If any ailment is found in the product by the customer during the delivery, the same can be intimated to the company to address the issue.
- Refund amount will be processed (in the form of store credit) and start reflecting in the customer account within 4-7 business days.
- Ektek Pharma makes all efforts to ensure precise packaging. However, due to unavoidable circumstances if the item gets damaged during transit or the wrong item is delivered, a replacement of the product will be done.
- Ektek Pharma will replace your order once it receives back the damaged product. Client needs to courier us the damaged product after our confirmation and we will courier the replaced product on receipt of the damaged product.
- In case the exact item for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives. Acceptance is at per client’s discretion.
- If the item is sent to us for replacement /return without our confirmation, Ektek Pharma is not liable for any refund/replacement.
- If the order is confirmed from our side and we are not able to process the order, due to some calamity.
- Customer can cancel the order only if the delivery of product is not done. After the delivery of the product, the order cannot be canceled.
- For any order canceled, once accepted by the company, the customer will get the amount to be adjusted in the form of credit points that can be used for future purchases from the website.
- At any given point in time, if the company detects any mala fide intentions while placing the order, it will result into cancellation of the order from the company website.
