Terms By using this site the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given here under and/or elsewhere in the site.

1. Ektek Pharma reserves the right to accept or reject any order. The mode of communication of acceptance would be through phone/email.
2. Ektek Pharma takes complete responsibility for the packaging and dispatching of the products in pristine condition.
3. Since all our products are completely customized, there will be some discrepancy in the picture on the website and the actual product.
4. Images of clients used in the products may be used for marketing on the website of Ektek Pharma. However, If the user doesn’t want their images to be public, they have to inform our team at the time of placing the order. Ektek Pharma will not be responsible for any misinformation.
5. In case of any complaint of any product, the client needs to inform within 48 hours of delivery. No complaints shall be entertained regarding the defective /wrongly ordered product after the mentioned time frame.
6. If we are unable to deliver your product due to clients incomplete address /recipient not available at the time of delivary,any extra cost spent by Ektek Pharma for re-dispatch shall be claimed from the client before re-dispatch.
7. We take 50% advance money on confirmation of order and the balance amount a day before dispatching the product.
8. No refund will be done in case of any cancellation/changes made.
